Korean plastic surgeons are experts in weight loss and body shaping. Koreans are known worldwide for their slim and athletic figures, but it’s not genetics that’s responsible, it’s aesthetic medicine clinics.
We understand that one plastic surgery isn’t enough to change a lifestyle, habits, and mindset. Therefore, for our clients planning liposuction and weight loss, we recommend a rehabilitation program that includes skin tightening of the operated area using the INMODE device, consultation with a dietitian, taking dietary supplements to control appetite and reduce body fat percentage, and consultations with a clinical psychologist for eating disorder management.
Our agency is the first in the world to develop an effective program combining surgical and psychological treatment, which does not require staying in a rehabilitation clinic.
In South Korea, surgeons specialize in performing the following plastic surgeries to improve body contours and lines:
Liposuction (Lipo)
Liposuction is the most popular and favorite plastic surgery among our clients. With a cannula, the surgeon can suction fat from almost any body area, reduce fat traps, eliminate cellulite, and annoying folds. It helps make life more comfortable, wear any clothes, look confident in a bikini, and enjoy the desired body size.
Fun fact: all our employees – from department heads to SMM managers – came for an interview and got a job at the agency after having liposuction with us.
This plastic surgery is the safest and leaves no scars on the body: the size of the point incisions for cannula access ranges from 2 to 5mm and with proper rehabilitation, they completely disappear within 6-12 months.
In Korea, there are 4 types of liposuction: laser, vacuum, tumescent, and ultrasonic. We recommend classic tumescent liposuction to our clients: when performed by an experienced surgeon, bruising can be almost avoided, and the price-quality ratio is the best on the market.
The procedure is possible in the following areas: cheeks, chin, arms, armpits, nape, back, chest, sides, abdomen, pubis, thighs, calves, and shins. The results of properly performed liposuction will stay with you for life and continue to please even after 10-15 years.
For those afraid of anesthesia, we offer the latest development of Korean surgeons – LAMS. LAMS is liposuction performed under local anesthesia. It’s not lipolytics or laser for fat breakdown, it’s real liposuction. Performing liposuction under local anesthesia becomes possible due to the smaller length and width of the cannula.
Remember that liposuction is not a diet or a way to lose weight, but a chance to change body contours. It is not performed for patients weighing more than 130 kg, up to 5 liters of fat can be suctioned in one go for normal body weight, and 7-10 liters for patients in a higher weight category. We can combine liposuction with dietary supplements and consultations with a clinical psychologist on eating disorders for those patients who want to change their lifestyle and acquire new healthy habits after surgery.
Abdominoplasty in South Korea
In South Korea, abdominal plastic surgery is one of the most common procedures. More and more women and men are tightening their abdominal skin after childbirth or weight loss.
During abdominoplasty, the plastic surgeon removes a portion of the skin from the abdominal cavity, forms a new navel opening, sutures the diastasis muscles, and performs abdominal liposuction (and side liposuction if necessary).
The incision is made below the underwear line, and its size depends on the amount of sagging and stretch mark-damaged skin that needs to be removed. Surgeons strive to minimize the size of the scar, but the speed and manner of healing depend solely on the client’s regular adherence to postoperative rehabilitation rules.
Body lifting
Many clients come to Korea for body lifting – a plastic surgery procedure for lifting the skin of the arms, buttocks, or legs – after significant weight loss.
The surgery reduces skin volume and restores its elasticity.
Non-invasive method:
If you are under 40, don’t have sagging skin but want to make it more elastic, we recommend undergoing several sessions of INMODE laser therapy.
Buttock correction (BBL)
Gluteoplasty is a plastic surgery procedure aimed at enlarging the buttocks using implants. The result is a round, firm butt, the disappearance of cellulite, and a lifting of the buttock skin.
A more modern method is fat grafting. In buttock fat grafting, the plastic surgeon injects your own fat under the skin to add volume. It’s almost impossible to achieve such an effect through workouts, regular sports activities, and diet.
Most clients who come to us for buttock enlargement work in show business, modeling, or are fitness trainers.
